Return and Refund Policy
Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our Sea Moss Gel (which has a strict 4-week shelf life), we do not accept standard returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept perishable food items back into our facility.
Damages, Issues, and Replacements (The "One Swap" Rule)
We stand behind the quality of our Aura Premo Sea Moss. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@aurapremo.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Because of the short shelf life of our product, we offer a one-time replacement (swap) per order if your item arrives compromised. To be eligible for this swap, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging in your email so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As a perishable food item, our Sea Moss Gel falls under non-returnable goods. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Please note that the standard EU 14-day cooling-off period/right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as fresh Sea Moss Gel), or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Refunds
In the rare event that a swap cannot be fulfilled and a refund is approved by our support team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
